The assault caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, the force said.

These detentions follow a probe into an assault at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at about 08:10 GMT following reports of a number of people hurt by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was a standalone incident and not being treated as an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the main airport tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
